Green Schools Litter and Waste Action Plan

This is a detailed 10 page Green Schools Action Plan for the Litter and Waste flag which will cover 2 years of working on the theme. The plan outlines overall targets for the 2 years, and is then broken down into months and gives details of the actions to take place, who is responsible for the action, and the time frame in which the action is to be completed. It also includes a box where ‘monitoring and evaluation’ can be recorded (step 4 of the 7 step programme).
This plan is for a large school with a very active Green Schools Committee. Undertaking every one of the actions in the plan would not be necessary to achieve the flag, however all have been included so that you can pick and choose what is relevant to your school.
