Teachingplans.ie reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Products and Downloads
Teachingplans.ie offers digital goods for purchase, including sample recorded preparation documents/ templates, and teaching resources. All products are digital downloads, and no physical goods will be delivered. Each product listing specifies the format (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs) and it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to access and use the purchased files.
After purchase, you will receive an automated email containing your download link. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter your email address correctly and that your inbox is capable of receiving emails (e.g., it is not full, blocking emails or sending emails to your spam folder). If you enter an incorrect email address or your email cannot receive the download link, you may not be able to access your purchase.
Once updates are made to a product, you may lose access to the original version. Therefore, it is your responsibility to download and save all purchased products to your own device immediately after purchase.
3. Copyright and Licence for Use
All resources available on Teachingplans.ie are copyrighted and are licensed for single, individual use only. This means:
- You may not share, distribute, or sell any resources from Teachingplans.ie, whether in their original or edited form.
- The cost of a product cannot be split between two or more teachers at the same class level. Each teacher must purchase their own licence to use the resource.
- If multiple teachers at the same school wish to use the same resource, each teacher must purchase a separate licence.
- Licences are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another teacher after purchase.
Purchasing a resource grants you, and only you, the right to use it for personal teaching purposes. Any breach of these terms, including unauthorised sharing or distribution of resources, will result in the revocation of your licence without a refund and may result in legal action.
4. Responsibility for Skill Level and Software
By purchasing a product from Teachingplans.ie, you agree that you have the necessary level of skill to use the files provided. This includes having basic knowledge of using computers and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Word or Google Docs) to access and modify the resources.
You must also ensure you have the necessary software installed on your device before purchasing a product. Teachingplans.ie is not responsible for any issues arising from a customer’s inability to open or use a product due to lacking the appropriate software.
5. Pricing and Discounts
At Teachingplans.ie, we work hard to provide high-quality resources at a fair price. Each product, such as long-term subject plans, requires considerable time and expertise to develop. As such, the prices listed reflect the significant effort and quality put into each resource.
Teachingplans.ie does not offer discounts on paid resources. However, a variety of free resources are available, along with advice and support through our blog and social media channels.

8. Changes to Products and Website
Teachingplans.ie reserves the right to make changes to the products offered on the website, including adding, removing, or updating resources, at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure that our products remain relevant and useful, customers are advised to download and save products to their devices upon purchase to avoid losing access in case of updates or changes.
Products are updated regularly to stay aligned with curriculum developments. While a past purchase does not automatically entitle customers to future updates, we are committed to fairness. If a resource has only had minor updates, we’re happy to provide the revised version at no extra cost. Simply email info@teachingplans.ie with your order number and request. However, if the product has undergone a substantial redesign or a price increase due to significant additional work, it won’t be possible to share the updated version for free.
9. Limitation of Liability
Teachingplans.ie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the resources on this site. The website and its products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
