WHO RUNS TEACHINGPLANS.IE?

Teachingplans.ie was set up by me (Claire), an experienced Irish primary school teacher who has created all of the resources on this site with care, diligence and a passion for helping Irish teachers. I know from experience how difficult and time consuming written preparation and creating resources can be. Because of this I create extremely high quality resources which are easy to use and can quickly be edited to fit your needs and those of your students, so that you can have more time to spend on teaching and less time in front of a computer!

I put countess hours of time, research and effort into all of the products on this site. I am always working on creating new products, so if what you are looking for is not here yet, please check back again soon! In my blog and on my social media pages, I share my favourite teaching resources, helpful tips, and how-to guides.

My Teaching Experience

I am a primary school teacher in Ireland since 2012. I held an Assistant Principal 2 post for 6 years and an Acting AP1 post for 3 years, coordinating the provision of SEN in a large, urban school with a very high percentage of children with SEN and EAL. I have taught in mainstream, as a SET for children with special educational needs, as an English as an additional language (EAL) teacher and an Autism Class teacher. Previously I volunteered as a teaching assistant in a school in Mombasa, Kenya.
