This Long Term Plan contains exactly what is described! A very comprehensive and detailed LTP which contains thematic suggested activities for each week ensuring that all Strands and Strand Units are covered throughout the year. It even contains notes on when a theme may need to be switched due to when the event/festival falls e.g. Easter, and goes one step further giving the suggestion of what theme you could switch it with! It is evident that a lot of time and thought has gone into this plan!
